Shop Policies


Custom orders must be placed at least 2-3 week in advance. If shipping is included in a deadline, please allow for an extra week for processing.

Orders ship with 3-4 days of purchase. Each item is a fragile hand made item, and packed as such. If there are damages to your piece upon arrival, please send photos of the box and piece via email to

If the box was damages during shipping, I will contact the carriers service for an insurance refund. Do not dispose of piece or packaging in case the carrier service contacts you.

Refunds are only accepted on damaged pieces with proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving package.
